'Hi, my name is Jess, and I’ve known Craig since 2010. He started off as my personal trainer, which then led to a long-time friendship, a lifetime of coaching and a lifetime of mentoring. Craig’s been nothing but an inspiration in my life. He’s been nothing but motivating. He’s pushed me to be the best person I can be. On my bad days, he’s pushed me to have the good days. On my good days, he’s always reminded me of how far I’ve come. I don’t think, if it wasn’t for him, I would be where I am today. I’ve lost over 80 kilos with the guidance of Craig and his mentoring. I’m quite proud of where I’ve come because of him. So, yeah, that’s my journey.'
